parties on time. For parties we ask that party host
arrive 1/2 hour before scheduled party for set up.
Please alert invited guest that we do start on time and
to arrive 5 minutes before scheduled party!
- Travel Fee: Travel fees apply outside a 20 mile radius.
The travel fee is determined by Mapquest (.90 cents
per mile x roundtrip). This charge is necessary to
cover the extra gas, time and vehicle wear and tear.
Mileage is determined via Map Quest (www.MapQuest.
com).
- The required deposit of $80.00 (US) Non-Refundable
reservation fee to reserve your party date and to
provide the remaining balance the day before by a
VISA/Mastercard.
- What should the children wear to the party? Although
not necessary, it is suggested that girls wear a leotard
or swimsuit to facilitate costume dressing in a group
setting. For our Ballerina and Fairy Party, I would
recommend that the girls were tights. And for the Spa
party, it is recommended that the guests were light
clothing to wear under their robes.
- Who takes care of a guest if they do not want to
participate? Guests who do not wish to participate will
need to be attended to by the client or parent. LFG is
responsible for hosting your party and engaging the
guests in a constant activity. It is the client's
responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child
becomes ill or does not wish to participate.
- Do I still have to pay for a child even if they do not
show up? You will be charged for the final head count
you gave prior to the party, regardless of a child not
showing.
- Why is your party only 1 hour and 15 minutes hours?
From experience, the ideal length of a party is about 1
1/2 hours for kids ages 8 and under. Parties usually
longer than this results in a "meltdown" from kids who
have waiting long enough to open presents or who are
simply worn out from the over simulation and
excitement. Since opening presents is not included in
our itinerary, we are allowing that extra time for the
birthday child to open gifts while we clean up.
- How much space do your activities require? We will
work with whatever amount of space you can provide.
Additional space can be created by pushing the
furniture against the walls or even clearing some from
the room.
- Gratuity & Tipping: A gratuity is not included in your
final invoice, but appreciated by our staff and
entertainers.
- What happens if a guest arrives late? Because our
parties are based on a schedule, they work best when
all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late
may join the party at whatever point it has progressed
to. FOR EXAMPLE: The group has already completed
the make-up session and has moved on to the dress
up, the late guest must skip the make-up and join in
the dress up. This is necessary in order to provide the
least amount of disruption to the party, and your
understanding is appreciated.
- Can siblings of the guests stay? All guests under three
years of age must be supervised. We provide many
accessories that contain small parts at our parties and
they may not be appropriate for very small guests.
Please remember that our party packages cover only
the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we
will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or
siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on
the final head count given to us prior to the party.
Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the
birthday child, will not be permitted to use any
equipment.
- If a child does not show up, do I still pay for that child?
Please remember, you will be charged for the final
head count you gave prior to the party. I will send you
an email the day before on the final balance due.
- Where is the party held? Unfortunately, we closed our
store front locations August 2009 - parties are typically
held in your home or the venue of your choice
- All pricing and party packages are subject to change
without notice.
Thank you management.
